  • Successfully advocated for more restorative practices in response to the discovery of youth substance possession and/or use as a leader of Henrico Too Smart 2 Start Coalition
  • Awarded high school students with an aggregate total of $4000 as the leader of Henrico Too Smart 2 Start Coalition
  • Sponsored out of area summer leadership development trips as the leader of Henrico Too Smart 2 Start Coalition
  • Managed a teen job program for over 10 years as a manager for The Peanut Store
  • Successfully advocated for the creation of an Equity, Diversity, and Opportunity Office for HCPS as a leader of the Henrico NAACP
  • Successfully advocated for the creation of a Community Affairs Office for the County of Henrico as a leader of the Henrico NAACP
  • Successfully advocated for the removal of School Resource Officers (SROs) from disciplinary action when no laws have been broken as a leader of Henrico NAACP
